I promised the Big Blue Nation a behind-the-scenes look at what we're doing to get our players to work harder. Here it is. After you read the story, I hope everyone understands that we're using the device not only to get them to work harder, but for their safety. What we're doing isn't guaranteed to turn our season around because we have other things to work on, but we are seeing improvement.
