Your program is already on QFive. Almost every high school, NCAA, NJCAA, NAIA, AAU, US Lacrosse, USA Hockey program, and more are already on QFive. If you're a new program or we've missed you it's easy to add it to QFive.
If you are the club manager, media director, athletic director, head coach or facility manager, claim your program to get started. Here's how it works:
 | Step 1: Sign up or sign in to QFiveIf you haven't already signed up for QFive, create your personal account in seconds or sign in. |
 | Step 2: Find your program and claim itChances are, your program is already in our system. Simply start typing your program name and we'll find it for you (Pro tip: use your program's full name, ie Duke University Men's Basketball etc.) Once you find or add your program name, click the "claim" button. |
 | Step 3: VerificationWe'll review your request to claim the program. You'll receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. If we have any questions regarding your claim we will email the address you signed up with. That's it! |
